The Department of Commerce and Management proclaims to add professionally prudent commerce and management students to the corporate world.
B.Com course has a wide variety of subjects that link the corporate and the academic worlds. The Business World has a huge demand for Commerce graduates.If one has a disposition for a higher qualification, there are many postgraduate courses available.
BBA course deep roots the structure of business management. Conceptual knowledge, analytical skills and information technology are the vital requirements of this course. Seminars, group discussions, business quiz, case study analyses, role playing, guest lectures and soft skill courses, aptitude tests, competitions like best manager, mock interviews, etc. which are aimed at developing the students' communication skills, leadership qualities and inter-personal relations are integral to the course. Industrial Visits are mandatory for BBM students based on which the Project Reports are submitted during the VIVA VOCE examination.
BCA Is a new age degree course in the field of computer application. The subjects studied in BCA are in par with engineering subject. BCA is a course that is customized for students wishing to shine in the field of computers and information technology. If you are interested in computer related field then BCA is the perfect course for you. As we know India is an IT power and Banglore is IT city thus BCA will provide jobs in the IT sector. BCA holder can start up their career as a junior programmer in IT companies and then they may promote as senior programmer.

The institution conducts various curricular and co-curricular activities through the following forums/cells and clubs from all the departments for the attainment of these outcomes:
Commerce and Management forum, Tech Savvy, Placement Cell, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Equal Opportunity Cell, Enjoy English Club, Cultural Forum, Bhasha Sangama (Language Forum), Eco Club, NSS, Civil Defense and Anandamma Seethamma Centre for Community Concern.
The institution also organizes Orientation Programs, Inter-Collegiate fests, Guest Lectures and students are also encouraged to participate in various events organized by other colleges.
The attainment of each of the POs and PSOs are measured through the following assessment methods and process.
The POs and PSOs are assessed with the help of Cos of the relevant courses through direct and indirect methods.
Direct methods:
Direct assessment methods are provided through observation of students’ knowledge or skills against measurable Cos.
Indirect methods:
Finally, POs and PSOs are assessed with above mentioned data and attainment level is certified by HODs in support with Examination Committee, Placement Cell and Alumni Association which is again verified and approved by IQAC and Principal.
