who has taught the paper and the teacher concerned shall
hand over the marks list to the Head of the Department
within three days after each semester, who in turn shall
handover, within the next three days, to the Principal of
the College.
The Principal shall display marks on the notice board,
paper-wise and student-wise, one week prior to the
commencement of the semester examinations. The original copy
of the same, duly signed by the Head of the Department and
the Principal, shall be sent by the Principal to the
Registrar (Evaluation) before the commencement of the
semester examination.
APPEARANCE FOR THE EXAMINATION
a) A candidate shall apply for all the papers in each
examination when he/ she appears for
the first time.
A candidate shall be considered to have appeared for the
examination only if he / she has submitted the prescribed
applications for the examination along with the required
fees to the University.
b) A candidate who has passed only language shall be
eligible to claim exemption from the study of the language
if he / she studies and passes that language at the
corresponding level.
c) Further, a candidate shall also be eligible to claim
exemption from studying and appear for those Commerce
subjects which he / she studied and passed at the
corresponding level subject to the condition stipulated by
the University.
d) A candidate who is permitted to seek admission to the
particular degree course on transfer from any other
University should study and pass the subjects, which are
prescribed by the University. Such candidates shall not
however be eligible for the award of overall Class of Ranks.
